What to prepare before you pay

• 1 Export hourly interval data from your inverter portal (Huawei FusionSolar, Enphase Enlighten, Solarman, SolarEdge, etc.) covering your target period — at minimum 30 days, ideally 6–12 months. Download as CSV. See supported OEM formats →
• 2 Optional: export your utility meter data. If you have access to your municipality or grid meter readings, export them as CSV or JSON for the same period at hourly or smaller intervals. This lets us reconcile the full energy balance between solar generation and grid consumption.
• 3 Note your array’s lat/long. Use Google Maps or your inverter portal — right-click your site location and copy coordinates.
• 4 Describe your solar load: total installed capacity (kWp), number of inverters, tilt and azimuth if known, and any known faults or maintenance events during the period.

What to prepare before you pay

• 1 Confirm your inverter brand is supported. We connect directly to your OEM portal’s API to ingest 5-minute telemetry — no CSV exports needed. We currently support Huawei FusionSolar, SolarEdge, Enphase, Solarman, Fronius, Switch, Lux, and Higeco. See supported OEMs →
• 2 Gather your portal API credentials. Locate the API key or client ID/secret for the web portal your inverter brand ships with (e.g. FusionSolar, SolarEdge Monitoring, Enphase Enlighten). We use these to ingest 5-minute telemetry automatically.
• 3 Provide your array’s lat/long so we can correlate production against site-specific irradiance and weather data.
• 4 Describe your fleet: total installed capacity (kWp), number of meters/inverters to monitor, and your preferred alert channel (email or webhook URL).
