Terms of Service

1. Introduction
Welcome to the Asoba Corporation Beta Testing Program for the On Demand API (the “Program”). By participating in this Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). These Terms govern your participation in the Program and your use of the On Demand API through the Asoba Corporation website (the “Service”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not participate in the Program.

2. Eligibility
To participate in the Program, you must be at least 18 years old and have received an invitation from Asoba Corporation. Asoba Corporation reserves the right to accept or reject participants at its sole discretion.

3. Beta Testing Purpose
The purpose of the Program is to allow selected users (“Beta Testers”) to use, evaluate, and provide feedback on the On Demand API in a real-world environment. As a Beta Tester, you acknowledge that the API and related services are in a pre-release stage, may contain bugs, and may be incomplete or not fully functional.

4. Confidentiality
As a Beta Tester, you agree to keep all information related to the On Demand API confidential. This includes but is not limited to features, functionality, performance, and design. You agree not to disclose, share, or distribute any information about the API to any third party without the express written consent of Asoba Corporation.

5. Feedback
Asoba Corporation welcomes and encourages you to provide feedback, including but not limited to bug reports, feature suggestions, and usability comments (“Feedback”). You agree that all Feedback becomes the property of Asoba Corporation and may be used by Asoba Corporation for any purpose without any obligation to you.

6. No Compensation
Your participation in the Program is voluntary, and you will not receive any compensation for your participation. Asoba Corporation may, at its discretion, provide discounts or other benefits as a token of appreciation, but such benefits are not guaranteed.

7. Use of the API
You agree to use the On Demand API only to test and provide Feedback. You will not use the API for any commercial purposes, illegal activities, or in a manner that violates the rights of any third party. You further agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the source code of the API.

8. Data Collection
Asoba Corporation may collect data regarding your usage of the On Demand API, including but not limited to performance metrics, usage patterns, and error logs. All such data is collected to improve the API and related services. By participating in the Program, you consent to the collection and use of such data.

9. Termination
Asoba Corporation reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. You may also choose to withdraw from the Program at any time by notifying Asoba Corporation in writing.

10. No Warranty
The On-Demand API is provided “as is” and “as available” for testing purposes only. Asoba Corporation makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the API, including but not limited to its functionality, reliability, or suitability for any particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Asoba Corporation shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Program, including but not limited to any loss of data, profit, or business opportunity, even if Asoba Corporation has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Governing Law
These Terms and your participation in the Program will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Amendments
Asoba Corporation reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Asoba Corporation website, and continued participation in the Program after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.
