We connect read-only to your OEM portal API. No data is ever written back to your inverter system. Credentials are encrypted at rest in AWS Secrets Manager and never logged.

Your inverter portal credentials are encrypted in transit and stored in AWS Secrets Manager. They are never logged, never shared, and accessed only for telemetry ingestion.

Monitoring activated

Your account has been provisioned and we've begun connecting to your inverter portal. Telemetry ingestion typically starts within 2–4 hours.

What happens next

You'll receive a confirmation email with your Ona Platform login link and credentials within a few minutes.

Our team will verify the portal API connection. If there are any issues with credentials or permissions we'll reach out within 24 hours.

Once telemetry is flowing, the Asoba team will follow up to walk you through your dashboard and confirm your first alert configuration.
